Return & Refund Policy

At Welli Labs, we take product integrity and safety very seriously. Due to the sensitive nature of research-use-only products, we maintain a strict no-returns policy except in limited circumstances as outlined below.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • All sales are final.
  • For safety, regulatory, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
  • This policy ensures that every customer receives uncompromised, research-grade products.

Damaged, Defective, or Tampered Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears tampered with, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

  • Your order number.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage/defect, including packaging.
  • A description of the issue.

Once reported, we will:

  • Conduct an internal review.
  • File a claim with the shipping carrier, if applicable.
  • Work with you to issue either a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on product availability and carrier resolution.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to a fulfillment error on our part:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details.
  • We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no additional cost.

Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will only be issued once the claim has been validated and/or the carrier investigation is complete.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exclusions

We cannot issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Failure to notify us within the required timeframe.
  • Products reported as damaged but without sufficient proof (photos, order number, packaging evidence).
  • Misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized storage of products after delivery.
  • Customer refusal of delivery for reasons unrelated to damage or tampering.
