Return & Refund Policy

At Welli Labs, we take product integrity and safety very seriously. Due to the sensitive nature of research-use-only products, we maintain a strict no-returns policy except in limited circumstances as outlined below.
No Returns or Exchanges
- All sales are final.
- For safety, regulatory, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
- This policy ensures that every customer receives uncompromised, research-grade products.
Damaged, Defective, or Tampered Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears tampered with, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
- Your order number.
- Photographic evidence of the damage/defect, including packaging.
- A description of the issue.
Once reported, we will:
- Conduct an internal review.
- File a claim with the shipping carrier, if applicable.
- Work with you to issue either a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on product availability and carrier resolution.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to a fulfillment error on our part:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details.
- We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will only be issued once the claim has been validated and/or the carrier investigation is complete.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exclusions
We cannot issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Failure to notify us within the required timeframe.
- Products reported as damaged but without sufficient proof (photos, order number, packaging evidence).
- Misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized storage of products after delivery.
- Customer refusal of delivery for reasons unrelated to damage or tampering.
