Eligibility
- Our products are sold exclusively to qualified professionals, institutions, and entities engaged in lawful laboratory research.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Research Use Only
- All products offered by Welli Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
- Products are not for human or veterinary use, medical application, diagnostic purposes, or recreational use.
- Under no circumstances should products be used as drugs, food additives, cosmetics, or household chemicals.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our products for any of the following:
- As active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in drug manufacturing.
- For administration to humans or animals.
- For the development, testing, or production of controlled or illegal substances.
- In violation of any local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations.
Welli Labs reserves the right to refuse or terminate sales to any customer suspected of violating these terms.
Regulatory Compliance
- Welli Labs does not represent or warrant that its products are approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority.
- Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the FDA.
- Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Ordering & Payment
- By placing an order, you certify that you are authorized to purchase research-use-only products.
- All sales are final. Refunds or returns may be granted only at our sole discretion.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
- Products are shipped in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the buyer once the order is delivered to the carrier.
- The buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with import/export regulations in their jurisdiction.
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) & Batch Tracking
- Every batch is tested, and results are provided in the form of a Certificate of Analysis (COA).
- Products are assigned unique batch numbers for full traceability.
- Welli Labs makes no guarantee that COA results are sufficient for regulatory or clinical submissions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Welli Labs and its affiliates, owners, or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
